DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE . I purchased a window air conditioner $300. Got 1 years use out of it (3 months). Purchase was 13 months ago, they will do nothing for me. I HAVE TWO OTHER UNITS THAT I PURCHASE FROM THEM FINGERS CROSSED AT LEAST MAYBE I'LL GET 2 YEARS OUT OF THEM.

Garbage. Got a 4-1 unitto use in a small bedroom. Heat didn't warm room above 60.Air condition would cool below 80. Dehumidifier did nothing. So was basically an oversized heavy fan. Also was suppose to connect by to phone that didn't work either. Spent 3 months trying to get an exchange or refund and just kept getting more question and no answers. I will never buy this brand again

I had my Della on my outbuilding/office. It worked great for about 18 months but after another harsh Montana winter it is ruined. I had an HVAC company look at it and the coil has blown. He said a replacement piece and labor would cost close to if not more than I paid for the unit. I’m severely disappointed and have had to resort to a large space heater while I work until I can afford a different solution.

I opened it up out of the brand new box and never not even once could I attach the Wi-Fi to it I even made phone calls and they tried to help me and they couldn’t do it so I don’t get to enjoy the Wi-Fi part of it with the control of the phone app Very disappointing.

Purchased the split system for my workshop/garage. Installed it myself. Worked well until we had a hail storm. When I contacted customer support about getting parts to repair the unit I was told that since the unit was out of warranty they would not be able to supply me with parts.

Only lasted 2 months before it started blowing hot air, customer service did not help.

Would not recommend… I spent almost 4K on a unit for my entire home and I’m currently on my 3rd condenser. Customer service is highly lacking to say the least. This new unit has thrown several codes but praying it last because I have no money to spend on a better set up 😪 I have had the set up for 8 months this most recent condenser unit has been installed less then 3 months. I just purchased a different brand for my rental houses and like that brand a thousand times better!!!

Purchased DELLA 18K BTU ODU 2 Dual Zone from amazon. The unit is less than a year old and constantly has error codes displayed. The units will not cool (yes filters are clean). The units were installed by a licensed professional. I would not recommend this product.
