Initially, our 14,000 BTU portable AC unit worked great, but after 14 months, the condenser fan stopped working and it no longer blew cold air. When I called customer service, Hector listened attentively, guided me through several troubleshooting steps, and consulted with a technician. He then spoke with his supervisor to ensure the situation was made completely right. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations!

I have the 12,000 BTU mini split for a while now. I am now getting another for an addition on my house. At the time, this product came recommended to me. I am now extending that recommendation. Also, their customer support team was awesome when I had questions for install.

Solid product at an affordable price! I ordered the ceiling cassette 12000 btu, this was my first time and it was pretty straightforward. One thing to note is that I thought it would fit between rafters, but needed to make a bracket for it to sit in. Other than that, the unit is very quiet and efficient, plus the remote is super cool and responsive.

I have had a good over all experience with Della, I have spoken to customer support and tech support, both have been easy to deal with. Hector was very clear in what I needed to do for my refund, not Della’s fault for the refund, and made the process easy.
