It's a good air conditioner. We've had it about a year now and have been as satisfied as can be when using one wall unit and a couple fans to cool a whole house. I don't care for wall units but the house I'm in doesn't have central air. This Della AC does a good job keeping the house cool. I really like the app, it adds a lot of convenience.

We bought the Della for our sunroom. We did not get it installed for awhile. Once we did it worked great! Problem we had was, I did not install the app and my dog chewed up the remote. I called Della and told them my problem and they asked where I bought it (amazon). He looked up the order, said no worries and mailed me a new remote. That is what I call great support. My husband installed the Della himself,I heard some swearing....but he figured it out and we couldn't be happier with how well it works. Only have used it for heat but summer is coming and sure the air conditioning will work just fine.

Just install it, So easy you’d be a fool to hire it out. Don’t be intimidated by vacuuming the lines, a 1st grader could do it. Love the WiFi. Works great! Will write review after 6 months of use.

della airconditioners 10000 btu, works flawlessly, as long as you follow directions, it seems it is very important to slant it 5/16 inch from level for smooth and quite operation, I love eco mode and you can turn off led display for sound sleep, I love this. and you can controll with Android phone and it has many features easy install easy directions, perfect

A year in with the 12000 BTU SEER 2 mini split and no complaints. The WiFi can get a little wonky at times but the product does a great job heating and cooling my 600 sq ft storage building. Being able to control it remotely on my phone is a huge plus. Just turn it on a few minutes before I’m heading to the building and by the time I get there it’s cool in the summers and warm in the winters. FYI - it can struggle a little below 20 C, but if you run the systems constantly in the cold days it maintains coziness pretty well. Over all I’m really happy with this purchase.

I love my unit and the Bluetooth too. It’s so easy to operate and works flawlessly so far. We did the install ourselves. So far so good!
