I had an order that ended up going through two times. I contacted Amazon, who contacted Align, who the order came from. I called them and they finished the process so I could get four return labels for the large boxes. They were polite and very thorough so I could return the items. Many thanks to the call center there.

Amazing company...and exceptional customer support. I've had my unit 3 years...it started acting up, so I contacted customer support and hit the jackpot with Nicole R. I told her about my issue and the additional money on AC Techs I had spent trying to get the system back online with no success. She went above and beyond and found a solution to my issue. Della has a good one with her...clone her a few times and you'll never have a CS issue. As for the company itself, you have a loyal customer for life.
