I have a product that doesn't work correctly. The rep couldn't help me at first due to warranty and registration issues. They were able to help me get a replacement product ordered. I will be waiting on that email and the product to be delivered.

I ordered a unit off Amazon and it came in no time. However when I opened the box it was damaged. I tried getting a hold of them on a Friday evening and never got a response. So my next step was to email them with pictures telling them what all had happened and before I could pitch my argument I received an email back stating the new outdoor unit was on its way. Everything seems to be fairly easy to install. As long as this unit holds up I'll be super happy.

The customer service was excellent. I only wish that they had a solution. But receiving a refund worked as well.

This machine works great, I have no complaints there. My issues were with the handles, wheels, and the vent hose/window slide. This unit is heavy, and the drain in on the very bottom, up against the floor. So to drain it, you have to lift it up and place it on top of something, I used a step stool, in order to be able to put a cup/bowl under the drain to collect the water. But the handles aren't centered and very shallow. Deeper, centered handles or handles that extend from the side of the machine would've made this process much less arduous. I feared I would drop it because of the size and location of the handles. Under no circumstances would I suggest trying to muscle this puppy down any steps to get it outside to drain...it's heavy and bulky. I would strongly recommend providing at least a 6ft vent hose. The heat output on this ac unit is high and it causes the thin plastic of the hose to soften significantly. Because it gets so soft, it comes out of the connector that attaches it to the ac unit. It just falls out, even if it's fully screwed in. Along with this, the plastic vent that attaches to the window slide panel constantly falls out of the window, due to how soft the plastic gets. Not only that but you can't fully close the window or it puts too much pressure on the slide, causing it to sink into the window track and then the vent pops out. I had to rig the sill with cardboard slats to raise the slider up high enough to prevent the vent from coming into contact with it and popping out. My suggestion is to make the slide wider and provide at least an inch of space between the edge of the slide and the vent opening. Lastly, the wheels. This unit is over 80lbs and has itty bitty casters on it, which are fine if you have a completely smooth floor. We have rugs and carpet to navigate and it was near impossible to move this from room to room when our ac was being repaired (we live in the deep south). Larger casters that give the machine a couple inches of ground clearance would be fantastic. My back and legs were not very happy with me after 10 days of moving this ac twice a day. It worked great and it kept our house livable in August in the south. The cost was unbeatable for the features and square footage it covers. I absolutely recommend it, just please make the improvements.

When I spoke with tech support they was very helpful in helping me to make sure I purchased the correct size for my shop. The instructions where very helpful on the installation, I had also seen some uTube of there units.

Customer Service is excellent. My buddy bought 4 units and received them 4 days before my 1 18k unit came in. His units came with rolls of wrap for the line sets, and a template for the air handler. Mine came with neither. I let them know and I received a small refund.

Easy Wifi set up and window install for my Portable AC OPAC 5/5H/6H. Reasonably quiet. Two issues however: 1. As stated in another review, the exhaust hose is flimsy and prone to falling off the unit/window. I used lots of tape to keep it secured. 2. The LED indicators on the top of the unit and the temp dial are very bright and if you like a dark bedroom then you'll need to construct something to cover them up. Oh, and 3. It would be great if the mobile app showed activity (moving fan icon or something) when the unit is operational. I know if shows the power on as lit but it would be nice to get confirmation that the fan is running, that it's actually cooling. Useful if you're hours away from home when you start the unit. Unit should be able to send such data/status via wifi to the app.
