I purchased the 18,000 BTU unit in January 2024 and so far I am extremely satisfied with the performance! It was easy to install and operate. I’m cooling a 600 sq ft shed in Florida and performance is better than expected. My electric bill has been cut by 1/3. The Wi-Fi connection to my phone is awesome!

I am very happy to have installed Della products for heating and cooling inside my office and waiting area. Works great. The only flaw I can speak of is I cannot control the unit with my cell phone anymore. My cell phone had to be upgraded to the 5G Evolution and once that happens the Della app doesn't work anymore 😒. Other than that the unit is awesome.

I bought the 12KBTU 120v unit and installed it myself exactly two years ago today. I have to say, it is working amazingly well and I've had zero issues with it! It works very well and keeps the room ice cold or toasty warm, it's quiet and the functions on it are great! I use it with Alexa and the integration works very well - so far I've had no issues. I bought the black wall unit so it looks pretty cool as well. Installation was ok, though there was no wall template so I had to "guess" a lot on placement. It would have been nice to have a mounting template. I've had no need to contact support, so I can't comment on that. Over this is a great unit!!

I purchase a 220v Della 12k mini split unit for the game room at my house. The packaging was very well built, easy installation instructions and flawless operation since I installed it. Will definitely be purchasing another for my garage.

The mini split A/C heat pump works well the only thing I didn't like was the support when you call for support all they would do is read what was in the instructions. I used the mini split for heat and A/C this is the first season used so far so good.

This is an excellent, complete and priced right combination mini split package. Very easy to install with very informative assembly instructions. Being pre charged made it work the instant you first turn it on.
