Bed Bath and Beyond provides a seamless online shopping experience. Sometimes, buying products, sight unseen, can be daunting; however, with Bed Bath and Beyond they minimize any perceived risks with impeccable customer service who attend to all questions and concerns in a timely manner.

I had a damaged product upon receiving. I made contact with the company, exchanged emails, etc. My unit was replaced very smoothly, and I appreciate them for that.

Despite a few annoying errors with my physical order (shipping damage and an error in the user manual that caused me to order an incorrect part), on both occasions the customer service through the chat was prompt, humble and responsive. I was worried about only being able to contact customer service through a chat, but my interactions have satisfied my needs. ( Now, I just have to wait for the right parts to arrive so I can finish my installation and see if the unit works!)

I never, ever write reviews! This company has such good customer service, I had to give them 5 stars. My unit had some issues that a HVAC company could not resolve and Della didn't miss a beat. They completely resolved my issue at no cost to me! I was able to talk to real people on the phone without any run around. This company's customer service gets an A+ in my book and I will not hesitate to use them in the future. Thank you so much. JS
