Beautiful product! Looks expensive

We purchased a Della 18k BTU mini split. We had some issues with 1st unit but customer service has been very good ! They figured out the issue and sent us a new unit. No problems ! No shipping etc. Very happy and fully recommended Della mini split.

.This is my first time purchesing a split unit from Della. I'm very satisfied. The price was fair. I compared the split unit with other manufactures. They have a greet warranty.

Great oak curio cabinet. I am very happy with it! One person can put it together but it takes time. Good instructions. Customer service was great with a couple of issues.

We have purchased 3 Della units. I love that I can control the units with Alexia. We had an issue with one unit 7 months after the install. Customer service was amazing. We will be making another purchase for our garage.

Love my new DELLA Motto Series 9000 BTU mini-split for my 450 sq ft fiber art studio. Clean, quiet heat/AC essential for my work. I bought this unit because after collecting (in my cart) all units with appropriate size, product reviews, and 115V electric input requirement, this was one of the few with a low GWP refrigerant. Customer support and tech support were friendly, helpful, and professional. Ditto other reviewers re: non-DIY unit. I’ve not prior experience installing mini-splits, however, I’ve rebuilt multiple homes, and have done almost all else in home construction. I did install the mini-split myself, but not without a lot of questions and pauses to figure out things, like: - The video I saw when considering this unit was not correct for this unit. (Looks like Align updated the videos.) Be sure to watch the correct video. - The well-written installation/user manual has a few opportunities for improvement: The 2 electrical wires are not identical. The one with 4 lines is the communication line and the one with 3 lines is the power input line. The indoor unit installation template and instructions suggest you can choose whether to place the wall hole (to run the drain hose, communications line, and refrigerant lines outside) on either the right or left of the interior unit. If you put the hole to the left of this interior unit, you have to connect the 12’ pipes before mounting the unit, and I couldn’t set the unit on the mounting bracket because the bundled lines didn’t fit inside the interior unit cavity. Just tell me in plain English the power supply amperage requirements. ”corresponds to that stamped on the rating plate” with a rating plate text “Max.fuse(Fusible Max.) 20A” confused me. Phone call to tech support confirmed that this means a 20A breaker is required. - My unit was missing one terminal screw, and I dropped a screw inside the interior unit when first connecting the communications line. I shook, twisted, and turned the unit to finally recover the dropped unit. Customer and tech support helpfully told me these screws were widely available from any electrical supply, then they sent me several screws–however, they were screws used to attach various unit housing parts, not the electrical lines. I finally obtained the missing screw by buying and taking what I needed from a small electrical terminal block. In addition to buying this unit, I bought $29.99 Mini-split mounting bracket 18.99 Tubing bender 9.99 Terminal block 62.98 Open-end adjustable torque wrench 29.99 Mini-split line cover 130.72 Vacuum pump and gauges for R32 refrigerant
