I would they really recommend this company to anyone. This was my first time purchasing this brand and even though I purchased through Amazon and not directly through the manufacturer the representative I worked with still went above and beyond to make sure that my issue was resolved and it was resolved in a very timely matter.

Customer service is excellent you're able to get hold of a person or live chat I did have some issues with my unit but they helped me all the way through it it is very efficient I was 23° outside had it at 78° inside it took basically three space heaters at 1500 watts to heat it its about 1/4 to 1/3 the power of space heater

Excellent customer service and response

I have four of these and when I had an issue with one of them, a short conversation with customer service and less than 10 days later I had a new one. Great company! Ps. -6° outside and 72° inside!

The technician listened to my issues and pin pointed what she thought was the issue - i am waiting on the part that is covered under warantee to install and hope that fixes my issue

This company customer service is second to none I highly recommend
