Great experience

I had an issue with my Della mini split unit. I reached out to customer service (Nicole) who promptly sent me replacement parts to remedy the issue. She had techs walk me through what needed to be done. All in all a great experience and I’m happy I went with them for my mini split unit.

Excellent to work with. Ordered 10 units. Everything arrived fast. Customer service via chat was very helpful and knew the product very well. I have other units at the house- had a person clean it and broke some parts. Della was able to find the parts very quickly and send it to me to fix it.

This Della 14k portable is such an upgrade from my Toshiba unit that was just a few years old. You can tell it's solid right of the box. It's much quieter and runs smoothly, no jarring sound when the AC kicks in, has a very smooth transition. It's also super cold and fast, runs perfectly and cools immediately. The App and remote are great too. Customer service was the best and very attentive as well. They helped significantly with my questions and were very responsive. Best purchase, couldn't be happier.
