Great product dual head mini split 2-12k units. Easy install and good instructions

Easy install. Works well. Make sure to get the fitting for pulling a vaccum. The inside units fan seems a little noisy. Installed 1/2025 review is a 6 months.

Bought a 12000 and it covers more than what I needed. It is very quiet and runs great.

Products are great so far. Fairly easy to install, and ordering the right set up was easy. Shipping time was longer than estimated which is why I rated a 4 star instead of 5. If the shipping process was better I would have given it 5 stars.

Pretty straight forward, no surprises.

I purchased a Della dual zone mini split with a 9000 and 12,000 BTU unit. The the unit has worked well both heating and cooling. I've had problems with the remotes, failing and difficulty getting Della to replace although I'm still under warranty.

We ordered the della 2 9000 units and had them installed...unfortunately after just a few days the units were would not stay running..it sounds like a compressor issue! Upon contacting customer service they were such a great help and walked us thru everything...they gave us a full refund and allowed us to keep the units! We are so thankful they did this and we wernt out the money of the units.
