Easy. Elizabeth (Lizzie), from customer service, made the whole experience great. She answered all my questions and helped me out with registering the mini split for the lifetime parts warranty. The installation was also easy with the kit I rented from Della. The only thing I would change is the wiring diagram did not have my exact application shown but it wasn't hard to figure out.

Della is serious about customer service. Ahhh! Just like olden days. My unit arrived after what must have been a harrowing journey. I called the Della Help Number provided in the literature, selected the call back option and within about 4 minutes my phone was ringing. Joey was great. I sent pictures. We then exchanged a few texts and a resolution was quickly agreed upon. It would be hard to imagine that a company would put that much effort into customer service if they were not very confident in their products.
