Very convenient and quiet!

I’m unable to get voice activation AND My tv remote is 6ft From the tower but turns ifan off or down when I use My Roku remote. To avoid this, I Must use Roku Voice remote. I’d love to be able to use Della Voice remote, but so far, no luck!

Love the unit, very quiet and works well. Registering it on the other hand was challenging. The documentation didn't really match what's on either the inside unit or the outside unit.

Good so far has not been a month yet hoping all is well for a long time.

The split is excellent. My only complaint would be that the remote controls buttons aren’t backlit.

I am pleased with the unit, I bought at 36k btu four head unit, it's works good. Good product for the price. BUT customer service is almost nonexistent when looking for replacement parts. Della really needs to work on this area od business. Thye are hard to get on the phone and very slow to return calls and emails.

It's too loud. I have it in my home office and I can't take calls while it's running.
