So far my experience has been great with my Della four unit mini split system. I got a great deal ordering directly through their website, 10% off for new customer saved me over $300. Shipping was fast. Customer service has been very helpful during several calls to clarify installation guidelines. The unit was installed in a 130 year old house with no central HVAC. THIS UNIT COMPLETELY TRANSFORMED THE HOUSE!! The upstairs went from being unusable in the summertime to completely comfortable, easily maintaining 70° temperatures. Outdoor unit is so quiet, it's hard to tell when it's running or not. The app has worked flawlessly. I really have no complaints at this time. Longevity is the only pending question mark, but so far so good!

The company did great shipping product ect, just the product they sold me doesn't work as I expect but doubt much would be done to rectify. The refurbished crap is cleaned up n shined and works...but not well. My item was shipped timely, arrived on time, so no bad words for that at all but I shoulda just bought elsewhere.

Yvone quickly diagnosed the issue and helped me clear error code h3 from my motto split unit! Thank you!
