The first shipment was damaged in transit. As soon as I let HECTOR know, he jumped into action. He expedited delivery, and the second shipment arrived in perfect condition. My contractor was pleased with the quality of the Della products and the ease of installation. He installed a 3 ton unit with 3 mini splits in under 6 hours time.

Purchased minisplits and lineset covers for a home I'm renovating. I haven't run the minisplits yet but the installation was straight forward. I will say the lineset covers are top notch. Nice looking and easy assembly.

Ordered an Optima 12K system based on efficiency and reviews. The outdoor unit arrived with significant shipping damage. I contacted Della and they responded within a couple days offering a discount or full replacement. I'm very impressed with their prompt response and resolution. Once installed the unit is very impressive. In the bedroom it's almost silent. Very efficient as well. I would highly recommend.
