Good service & painless replacement of damaged items. That said, I (along with MANY others) would like to be able to actually speak with a representative vs be forced to use chat. Calling customer service simply goes to an unprofessional-sounding voice mail box, which is well below expectation & concerning.

We’ve installed several as an HVAC contractor and have had amazing results with zero issues as of yet. When I needed to order the customer service is better than actual supply houses.

I ordered the DELLA Vario Series 24000 BTU 21 SEER Mini Split for my garage workshop and I am so impressed with this unit. The installation was relatively easy for those who are technically inclined. The documentation is a little iffy, but there are all kinds of videos on the sight and youtube to help you through. I have been using the unit for about 10 days now and it is so quiet and so efficient. Unless I put it in the turbo mode, I can't even hear it running. It is keeping my garage nice and cool. I can't wait to see how well it works in the cold Indiana winters.
