The delivery was fast and complete - no missing parts. The on-line process was slow with response though - 24 hour vs within an hour relative to major online etailers like Amazon, Costco.com, etc.

This is my second unit installed. Install was a breeze. I used them in my Barn/shop. When the temperatures outside reach over 100 I turned both of them on. If not, I only use one of them at a time. We have B-Day parties in there so that's when I also turned both units on.
