Great product easy installation

Had an issue with a 9k minisplit & customer service had replacement part shipped out immediately. Great service!

For starters... The shipping company was great to work with. It was fast and earlier then expected. The packaging was undamaged when it came, everything was well packaged. It took me a little longer to install because I took my time and made sure things where done correctly. It was an easy install other than needing help with the indoor head unit. The only negative I would say is that there is not enough wrap they send to cover the line set from top to bottom in my opinion. The remote works well but it doesnt have a very long range. The App for the phone has more range obviously, and easier to operate. I have mine installed in a 24w'×40'Lx12' tall ceilings and so far the heat works great, havent used the AC yet do to getting installed later in the year. I did a lot of research and reviews before purchasing my unit. I would also recommend buying straight from Della and not through a 3rd party like Amazon. Just my personal opinion. So far I love it.
