Unit is great! But the insulation around copper to thick to run line set behind unit.

I did have to purchase other materials from Amazon such as insulation bubble wrap and insulation foam to improve the effectiveness of the unit to acquire the advertised BTU and efficiency of energy usage. However, other then that the setup is rather easy. However, the hose connection to the plastic outlets that connect to the main unit, and the window could use some design work to improve the strength of connection. There were a couple of times that the hose would just unfasten with the plastic outlets when I would move the main unit a little bit across the floor. Additionally, I felt a little disappointed by the noise level as it was often cited by reviewers for being relatively quiet. It was not. However, for the price point, I think it adequately fulfills all my needs.

I wish I could give a 5 star, right out of the box. My only outstanding issue is the remote came with a cracked LCD screen. Other than that very satisfied. Customer service was very helpful in taking my claim for a new remote. They ask for a few pics and put in a claim. Still waiting on results however it’s been a week. This my 2nd mini split. My first Della brand. In comparison the Della product is far superior in build quality and DIY instructions.

Everything was great, boxing was done very well and everything was there. However, the vertical oscillating blades are not working. I have tried to chat online and email, but can’t get a response. Great front end service but do need better customer service once the unit is installed.

Easy enough to install and priced right

Took my time. Watched several videos before install. I as very pleased with the equipment and install went smoothly. I would recommend this unit to others.
