I purchased a Della Serena 18,000 B.T.U.unit...came with only a 16 foot line...purchased a park model to put it in...realized needed a 10 foot extension for installation at end of the month...looked online for correct one...couldn't find...talked to a representative on phone for correct size I needed prior to ordering...he was helpful but still couldn't find correct one online...called up frustrated...talked to a couple of people...Elizabeth contacted me in a timely manner about my predicament...sent me a link for correct one...ordered it on line...Thank you very much...Della staff...Dave Smith...Satisfied Customer...

Bought 2 DELLAS for my office. This was a DIY project. Very easy installation. Had a little problem. Called in and got a hold of Krystal. Told her the problem and she sent me a video. Very self-explanatory. And had me up and running. Units cool and heat super good for my office. About 800 ft.². Thanks to Krystal for her help and an amazing product.

Great product and customer service by Elizabeth

DELLA Optima Series 23000 BTU 23 SEER2 Ultra Heat Mini Split AC Excellent working Energy Star efficient product. Item as described that contained all necessary parts to complete the installation. Customer service has been very receptive with support during and after the process. Give this brand a try, you won't regret it.

The purchase process was simple. There was good technical information as well that helped me make the decision. Shipping was also timely. The installation was straight forward. Thus far the unit is operating well. The final selling point was the lifetime warranty for parts. The app could use some improvement, as their is no description of what the different modes do. And I would like to see a read out on the head unit that displays actual temperature, not just set point. Time will tell how good the unit is and I hope the customer service is good if I need it.

Got in touch with customer support first about an issue I was having with my system . They had a tech call me back and was spot on with what was the cause . I had an invoice and part delivered promptly . In further conversations with customer support first they were very helpful and responsive . Nothing short of a good experience .

Easy installation, working perfectly.

Amazing company - so informative in the phone - so helpful - highly recommend!!!!! And the lifetime warranty on parts since I am using a certified installer is beyond belief !!!
