Great customer service, Mini split works great

I decided to have the install performed professionally. I believe the DYI instictikns were self explantory, but I hurt my shoulder just before the units arrived. Both went in seamlessly and bot units working well. Bery pleased. Rob Clements

Customer service at Della is outstanding. Joey helped me get a new replacement ac window unit after my original ac unit was defective. He was very professional and helped me reconcile by issue very promptly. I would recommend Della products because their support staff is excellent.

Customer service alone deserves five stars. Overall the whole process was great. No issues, fast response. Appreciate the employees just showing up for work.

I would recommend Della. I am just getting started with flip homes and will pry be buying many more units. I had a problem at checkout and their assistance was awesome. Real people answered the phone almost immediately and helped me out. Gave me an extra coupon and my points will give me $67.00 off my next purchase. Definitely recommend!

I bought a mini split when I lived in Arizona. This time I bought a cassette for the ceiling. I thought it would fit in my hallway but no it would my contractor said it was a pain in the butt to install the cassette. Much easier useing the normal mini splits that connect on the walls not the ceiling. Very difficult to install. I mean he did it but it was hard and took way longer then normal
