Great customer service

Let's say that the purchase of the Della mini split was "SIMPLE", walked me right through the process everything there answered every question or doubt. I also did reviews on the unit which came back flawless. Did a return of the unit as I purchased the wrong size BTU; Joey from their support/sales team walked me right through the process. Joey was kind, patient, understood the issue and later called him back with the updates on the return tracking which I was then given an email of my return. I'm an executive for one of the largest IT companies, Fortune 50 to narrow it down. Done customer service for 30+ yrs and I NEVER give positive feedback unless it meets and exceeds. Della is killing it 100%.from all angles. Sales, Ops, & Support GREAT JOB DELLA!! THANK YOU!

Very cool and super quiet

I really love this Della 42 inch tower fan with the remote control. I’ve had it now for six months and have found no problems with the product whatsoever.The number of speed settings oscillating everything about it is just fantastic and being disabled the remote makes it really handy! I can do anything with the remote that you can do at the fan controls. I would recommend this for anybody especially somebody that’s disabled, and can’t get around too well. Thank you very much for your product.
