I am a senior citizen taking on the task of purchasing and installing a mini split. I had lots of questions and everytime I called Della they worked with me and were more than kind in each interaction. I accidentally purchased the wrong line sets and Elizabeth worked with me to get the new ones and send to other ones back. This team has been friendly and pleasant. I spent a lot of time reviewing Mini Splits and I am very happy I picked Della.
