Line set copper is a little thin, but so far unit seems to be doing well. Time will tell.

They answered my questions and the instructions pretty easy to understand. We only had one problem, one line set had bad flanges so they had to be redone. Other than that it was a great process and I would recommend it for anyone.

Bought a 9000/12000/18000 Triple AC online. Shipping went fast with a reliable carrier, Della sent me a tracking number form the carrier. System arrived in time. Now the bad: They use shopify.com as online shop provider. They ask you to provide access to your outlook or gmail account to "provide" you a tracking number. This is criminal! Why does shopify need to read you private email to provide a number? They also sent me a tracking number via email from the wrong company servicing only PA while i live in GA. They are total nuts. Ignore them! Call or chat with dellahome directly. Anyhow this was my 3rd della (installed it for my son), Installation was easy (I am a diy owning all the pro tools but hating to pay $2000 for installation) Also be aware that the carrier is putting this (they use pallets) only curbside and the condenser can weight up to 180 lbs, so have extra muscle available. If the kick of shopify then i'll give them 5 stars.

I really liked the option of being able to rent the appropriate equipment to do this ourselves. A couple things could be improved.. I don’t think the box was checked after the previous renter because there was oil left in the machine that was all over everything in the box when we got it, and there was no extra oil to fill it the rest of the way so we had to purchase that locally. Also the instructions for everything were really unhelpful, but I understand as a DIYer that they can’t explain everything. Using ChatGPT and you tube we were able to figure it out and in the end everything on the box worked great for the install. Been running over a week and no issues. If you rent, please remember to empty the oil after using, and Della please remember to check the machines and add sealed oil containers to the box.

Need to have a shipping partner that has more than one day that delivers in an area and pressure you to pick up the order with less than 12 hours notice .
