How do you place an order or get in contact with them? Finding it impossible to do the email doesn’t work and the phone number doesn’t work

The app stopped working, I can’t manage my mini split from my phone, what’s is going on?

Would not give a discounted that started less than 1 day after I bought.

Terrible customer service. Product is incomplete feom what i ordered. Took an extra 7 days to deliver. Will never buy anything from you again.

Purchased a 12000btu heat/air mini split 5 years ago. Replaced half the installation parts because they were cheap and not the correct size. Have had unit services 5x in 5 years. Just found another leak in the outside coil. Contacted company and waited on hold for over an hour to be told it's a discontinued unit and they don't have parts for it in their warehouse. No suggestions even where I could even find and buy parts. Also was told only a 1 year warranty on all their products. When I had problems with it originally I was told to uninstall it and ship it back at my cost. Even outside condensors coils. Another cheap Chinese knockoff amazon product that doesn't even last a year. I'm over $2000 in with the unit, installation and service calls and now I have to throw it away and buy a new one because the company sucks.

The electronics broke down.I called support Della,and they promised to send a technician,but I haven't heard anything back.We bought it on Amazon in October,and everything broke in January.I would like to return everything to the company Della

I was given misinformation on efficiency in outside weather conditions which caused me to not be able to apply for local rebates, a few thousand dollars, Never found out if ahri was the same as ducted or non ducted, Received equipment later than stated, given wrong info on line sets, Stand not put on order due to unfriendly user website ordering. Not given a discount when I've ordered many systems for Eco Dwellings inc in Silt, co.

Worst experience ever. Ordered an 18,000 BTU Della Optima mini split use their chat function to order what I thought was what I needed, then I received my order and they shipped me the wrong line set. They tried to blame shipping me the wrong line set on me. Luckily the chat function had saved and I was able to prove it was their mistake. Found the line set locally and installed the unit and it didn’t work. Contacted Della through your technical customer service line and they again tried to blame the unit not functioning on me or on my installation. I contacted a local HVAC tech, who trouble shot the problem and determined the outdoor condenser had a faulty reverse switch. Della agreed to ship me a new one under the warranty and wanted a $500 deposit to do it. They ultimately agreed to ship it without the $500 deposit. I receive the new unit approximately eight days later. I had the same HVAC tech installed the new unit and it had the exact same problem, so at that point I decided to return everything because I was still within the 30 day return window Dellas customer service. Tried to tell me the 30 day return window started when I purchased the unit not when I received it, which was incorrect. Eventually, they agreed to the return and I shipped everything back to them. This whole process took like two months, cost me $1000 in costs to the HVAC tech, and when I finally received my refund, they tried to short me $310. If you look up Della or review any of their reviews on their website, you’ll see nothing but glowing reviews. I assure you, they don’t post the bad ones. During this two months, I posted three different reviews and they never made it to their website. Do not buy Della or fall for their positive marketing schemes. Their stuff is just junk. And no Della, you cannot send me a reply, attempting to fix the problem that you created. Just don’t buy their junk.
