Phone lines were not working as per person I finally got through to. My email notifying cancellation as per web instructions was never answered. Phone calls about my cancellation when i was able to leave a message during open hours were never returned. I had to request cancellation twice because I got a text 5 days after cancellation that said order was being shipped.

We ordered a mini split system of line had an estimated delivery of the 10th or the 11th of July well they never sent the tracking number and he never sent the update of the order being processed so when I inquire about it and call in a customer service they said it would be here between 10th or 11th for sure and that they were supposed to send me a tracking number so I can track my order by the end of the day they never sent number to track order by the end of the day and I called the next day and they said it wouldn't be delivered to the 14th. It's been over 90° here for the last week the reason I went with Della homes because they had a delivery date between the 10th and 11th which I thought was pretty good but now he's saying the 14th that's three more days that we got to suffer in the heat due to what they say and they delivery date was going to be. So when I contact customer service they say we going to send you the tracking order number so that you can track it to make sure that everything is fine and it would do it by the end of the day they never sent it by the end of the day didn't send nothing to me emails or nothing to let me know I woke up in the morning time and gave him a call and then they inform me that it wouldn't be here till the 14th to me that's bad customer service and you telling people stuff just to get them to order the product. Della makes good systems but I don't know if I'll be purchasing it again just because of the customer service sucks and it all lie to me about the delivery date and all they can say is we apologize we apologize we don't know what went wrong how are y'all the company and y'all don't know what went wrong with your product being delivered at a time that you told me that was going to be here I'm just frustrated with the whole thing cuz now this is more days I got to suffer in the heat because Della ain't hold of the end of the bargain but I spent $2,300 and they took that pretty damn fast but they didn't get my product pretty damn fast

I'm using the portable unit in 450 sq ft garage. When it gets over 85 degrees out cool turns off an the fan just runs even when it is on cool. Under 85 degrees it works fine. Don't Under stand what is going on with it. Your help to fix this problem would be greatly appreciated Mike Erickson 763 438 3532

The unit I purchased last year about this time keeps displaying a F6 code and is not working at this time , I would have thought that these units would last longer than one year . I recently purchased one for my master bedroom and it is still working but time will tell if it stops working I may go back to my previous hvac unit and repair it

Andriod app does not work. It needs to be fixed. The programmable options do not work as expected either. You should be able to use the AC unit as a stand alone option where it only comes on when needed not a constant run where it is allowed to use heat then AC. It being quiet is the good. Please fix your app to control the unit and add a youtube instruction.
