I bought a 3 zone cassette style minisplit system from Della. Install was simple for a GC. I had one issue with the instructions and ran into a mistake that needed a special fix and customer service was exceptional in resolving it for me. And of all the knock off minisplit brands out there. I fully recommend going with DELLA, rather than saving that 3% difference. Della actually lasts.

I purchased a della portable ac with heat. It was delivered by a 3rd party shipper who threw my unit from the truck onto my sidewalk. The unit was split up the side but still worked. Della actually sent me a whole new unit for free without requiring me to return the original. 3 years later and both units are doing well. Customer service that actually serves is hard to find but Della is where it is at!

I recently had a problem with two of my della units losing connection. A phone call to Customer Service quickly solve my problem as agent. Hector knew his stuff and was able to get me reconnected quickly. He was very patient with me and walked me through each step. I normally don’t get such good knowledgeable Tech Support when I call for it nowadays.

The unit was very easy to install was only 1 day later than expected. Everything worked good and complete

I ordered two Mini-split systems, a DELLA Vario Series 28000 BTU Dual Zone and a DELLA Vario Series 28000 BTU Tri Zone. The ordering process was simple, the delivery was quick and the product thus far has worked very well. I cannot say enough about the customer service and quality of product.

They helped me in multiple ways, patiently worked through some unexpected technical difficulties, and never made me feel like I was just another customer.
