I know have two of their mini splits. One on the addition of my house after a not so old LG (3 years old) broke and a multi zone unit on my metal building. They are whisper quiet and work amazingly. The installation was easy, delivery was quick and when I ran into a issue with one of my Inside air handlers they made it right quick! Highly recommend.

Great customer service

I wanted to purchase my third Della mini split. The first time I called I thought I had made my choice. When I called back to order I spoke with Elizabeth in customer service. After sharing with her what and where it was going and the temperature of our area. We had agreed that another unit would serve me better. I chose a 18000 BTU Ultra Heat Mini split. She walked me through the purchasing process and using Shop Pay with the purchase. My unit arrived within a few days. When installing this unit I noticed design changes from the other two that I’ve installed. These changes made it easier to install. I recommend Della to anyone who is interested in a Mini split.

Easy install! Great prices!complete kit! Quiet efficient unit! Glad I went with Della!!!

Ruby G. provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process of getting my Della mini-split issues resolved. She was very responsive, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. She kept me informed, answered my questions clearly, and worked with me until we reached a resolution. It is refreshing to work with someone who follows through and makes sure the customer is taken care of. I really appreciate Ruby’s help and the effort she put into making this right. Thank you, Ruby, for doing such a wonderful job!

Unit was super easy to install. Works great.

I have been using Della on all my homes. I have multiple properties and an off grid cabin that I have their units on. I did every one myself and it’s so simple and very reliable. I recommend them to all my friends

I think Della is looking in the correct direction. When it comes to HVAC heat pump systems. They're targeting the right people, the homeowner. People with enough mechanical ability to do things themselves and not have to rely on the high prices of hvac companies for installation work. I have installed several systems at this point from other manufacturers and the Della kit was as straightforward as you would hope for. Pricing was good, the shipping was reasonable, I haven't had to use customer support yet but time will tell.
