i bought one DELLA 8000 BTU Energy Saving Window Air Conditioner Cools Up to 350 Sq. Ft., GEO Location, AC Unit with WIFI Smart Controls, Last October and after use it only 2 times a week stop working not more cold air out of it

I’m not happy at all. We got the mini spits put in last year and they are horrible. My lines keep freezing in one room. And it’s never the same room or unit if you put one of your units below 70 in any room it will freeze the lines. We keep getting error codes. And they replaced the out side unit in October and it’s still not working properly. I’m not happy at all. I spent over 6k to get everything going and I’m having nothing but issues with this unit. I had it serviced three times and still nothing is working. Three units will be cold air and one will be warm air. And it’s never the same unit you just don’t know which one it will be. Not happy at all

Didn't last. Did like the features & operation of my portable unit when it ran.. But, it began acting up in just over a year.. First the vents stopped opening, so I couldn't use the timer. Then, the a/c kept stopping. I scrapped it. $300 out the window.. I know any brand is hit & miss, but I didn't have time for warranty fuss, I need cool air to breath ! Thankfully, it was only my extra "3rd" unit for the hall. I just got another brand on Amazon.. Changed to 1 star, all my others lasted years.. Della replied they want more explanation to "help them" make a better product ! What about helping me, lol.. Did they read my review ? I don't have it, I had it taken away.

12 months after purchase memory board went out. Could not get to right away so it was 13 months before I tried to get the replacement. No warranty. I could deal with that except for the fact that they did not have the correct board. After spending 600.00 to have the system trouble shooted then 150.00 to tell me the dealer sent me the wrong board. Della tells me they no longer carry the board for a system that is just over a year old. I had to buy a new one. After checking around I found out I was far from the only person that had issues with Della parts and customer service. Warning ⛔️ don’t buy unless you enjoy poor product and service.
