From Empathetic customer support to technology advancements to delivering products on time to being transparent with pricing and fees, Deliverr does everything so well. Surprises us how Deliverr is better in customer support compared to Amazon in terms of helping Sellers with shipment related questions or issues.

Best Fulfillment Company in the US. Not Perfect but definitely the best
Deliverr is cheaper than most other fulfillment options, especially against its biggest competitor Amazon MCF.
Compared to Amazon, Deliverr has outstanding, US-based customer support that will go above and beyond to help you quickly. Amazon MCF customer support is inexistent. It's like speaking to dumb robots in Asia.
It's not just cheaper, but their platform is easier to navigate, to create returns, and most importantly to ask for reimbursements if the parcel is lost/damaged in transit, or does not arrive to the customer. And the best part?
Deliverr will reimburse you the product cost on your supplier invoice + the shipping fee.
Try getting that from Amazon MCF. Those guys will decide unilaterally what they will reimburse you, usually around 10% of the product's worth, and don't even think about asking for reimbursement for the delivery fee. Plus, their process is tedious. Again, you would have to go through the dumb Asian robots from customer support.
Here's an example of Deliverr's customer support. I discovered that one of my products had incorrect dimensions in their platform, and I was being charged a little more for fulfillment. I wrote to them, and they immediately reimbursed me the extra charges, and they pointed out that they had been charging incorrectly for storage too, something which I missed in my request, and they reimbursed that as well.
As I said, it's not perfect, mistakes may happen down the line, but at least they take responsibility and solve them. Try getting that from Amazon MCF, who will poach you for every penny you got, and then have you speak to their dumb robots in Asia, trying to recover pennies on the dollar.
The only con for Deliverr is that they will increase their prices considerably at the end of March. Still, they will be cheaper than Amazon MCF and most other fulfillment services out there.
If they continue the increases and become uncompetitive, I will revise my review. But till then, it's 5-star for Deliverr.
