To start all was well, then descended to the depths.
To start with all was well, onboarding went smoothly, deliveries were as promised etc. Then they lost half of our inventory. After searching each warehouse they could not find it. Tahnkfully half of what was missing had been sent in a removal order a friend was handling for us, as they could not set up the appropriate labels for amazon. Then they found some of the inventory, then it disappeared again, when we tried to remove it, then it appeared again, then it disappeared. 2 Months later, we finally have removed all our inventory and started using a new company.
If customer service had been more effective, this would not have been so painful. I had to write the 2 contacts higher up to get results, plus I contacted one of the founders on linked in. Then we were put in touch with a specialist who actually resolved our issues. We lost about $500 in inventory at the end of the day, and had a lot of heartburn making sure our customers had actually received their products, and the deliverr system din;t seem to know if something had been delivered or not.

Our experience was Just Terrible
Our experience was as follows: 1 to 6% failure rate, late shipments consistently, no customer support other than tickets that go unanswered for several days, short window for shipment failure claims and very little reimbursement. Overall, a terrible experience and cost us so much profit because of their mistakes. We dealt with several upset customers and would of been so much better just shipping ourselves or using Amazon MCF services.
Reply to Deliverr’s response below: We have been talking with your management about our problems on three separate occasions. Nothing was ever solved and continue to perform disastrously for us until I fired Deliverr. This is a canned response without any action.

Failure at Every Step of Fulfillment Process and Beyond Horrible/Unprofessional Customer Service
UPDATE:
Shortly after posting the review, we’ve been contacted by Justin @ Deliverr to address all our issues. Our entire account has been finally audited (after many repetitive requests) and have been reimbursed for all our missing inventory and storage overages. We also got connected with a new account manager since the previous one was ignoring all our e-mails for several months and was unable to help in any way. Justin also reassured us that most of the below mentioned issues will not happen again. We’ve definitely seen an improvement in late shipments, orders delivered undamaged, duplicate orders, and more. However, we still do see stock out messages on our orders. For example, our Deliverr account is connected with eBay. An order was placed on eBay last week and was supposed to be fulfilled by Deliverr right away. The order was stuck in pending status for a whole week until Deliverr sent a message they can’t find the SKU anymore. Now, we had to manually fulfill this order a week late, taking the bad customer experience aside, this kind of errors put our account at risk.
- Large parts of our inbound shipments never made available for sale/lost. There have been shipments which Deliverr just lost during the inbound process. No reimbursement happens unless you bring it up with Deliverr. At that point, you are only reimbursed the cost of goods. So, if you are sending large pallets from overseas, Deliverr will not reimburse you for the freight. For one shipment Deliverr lost many boxes, our loss was $1,000+. (reimbursing for just the product cost would be theoretically OK if the problem is impacting a few units, but if you are missing whole cartons, it is not OK)
- Inbound process takes a long amount of time. Sometimes 30-60 days. We had some shipments that took even longer than that – you have to email Deliverr, etc. to get them do anything. A big part of our holiday shipment was never made available to sale… at which point was January and then the boxes ended up being “lost”.
- After creating order and Deliverr showing it as shipped, the tracking status doesn’t change. It is stuck at waiting for a pick-up by carrier. This goes on for days or weeks, until angry customers email us saying what’s going on why it hasn’t been shipped.
- Deliverr is shipping SKUs marked as fragile in envelopes. Deliverr is supposed to be sending these marked SKUs in boxes only, well that doesn’t happen. After customers emailing us photos of broken products upon arrival and questioning why they are receiving these certain items in envelopes, Deliverr just says we are sorry, we will follow-up with the teams and it won’t happen again.
- Deliverr removes the wrong SKUs – we’ve made a removal order a few times and 2 times, Deliverr sent us the wrong SKUs completely. So image creating a removal order for 200 units for product X and Deliverr sends you product Y.
- Large numbers of inventory just go missing. This is probably the worst out of all issues we’ve had. Imagine having let’s say 300 units of SKU X and then the next day, only 200 units of SKU X are in your inventory. Now, Deliverr won’t notify you or reimburse you. It is up to you to figure this all out. Their reports don’t work and show the wrong numbers. We have been reimbursed thousands of dollars for missing inventory (at cost) and lost so much money in the process. How can just these large chunks of inventory go missing? While it can be easier to identify the larger discrepancies, we’ve had issues with 2 units missing here, 5 units missing there, etc…
- Creating orders for SKUs with low quantity in stock. So many times, we create an order that has let’s say 3 units in stock. A few hours later, we get a message – “item stock out”… So, we email deliverr and ask them what’s happening? They reply.. well the warehouse couldn’t find your item… So then, again, we have to investigate, submit reimbursement claim.. etc… and in the meantime, we lost the sale, the customer, bad review, we have to cancel the transaction, etc… so bad for business.. We found out early on we cannot depend/trust the Deliverr inventory numbers. They are never correct. How can you show we have 3 units left (which we should have) and then we create an order and then you say you don’t have it???
- Deliverr is sending duplicate orders… Imagine customers emailing you why they received 2x of the SKU X for example? Why is Deliverr sending more units than requested?
- Many other issues – 65 cases raised with Deliverr in less than a year
- Customer service - nobody answers our emails anymore

yall misspelled your name
First, yall misspelled your name.
Second, I'd prefer less spam from Timothy Murray, Deliverr Account Executive. I understand that you spent good money buying my name off of some list. That's not a good reason to send me an email and especially not a good reason to send me one every other day.
Might I suggest your sales channels would work better if you corrected the spelling of your name, built a reputation, and stopped trying to annoy random strangers into acquiescence.

These five-star reviews seem so fake!
These five-star reviews seem so fake!! The company has horrible service. On several occasions, they delayed our shipment causing us negative reviews. And now constantly packages are being lost. I have no idea why they are using DHL for domestic shipments. We shipped 2 times to a customer and both times the packages were lost. The customer is extremely angry. I do not recommend this company. It used to be good but now it is all negative. We stopped working with them a month ago. Still stuck with lost packages and trying to figure out what to do!!

shipping fee is 2 times than you ship plus inventory fee
1: Shipping fee: calculator is off from your real charge, I have evidence, calculator: $5 for 0.5lb, the real charge is $14! All online owners, when you see this, do you think you are making money for them?
2: Arriving late: over 50% of orders are delayed arrive sometimes are lost
3: Removing inventory is extremely expensive

Can't Ship on Time
Avoid using Deliverr, they were about 84% on-time ship rate for us before we had to ship from our 3PL for the delayed orders to meet platform KPI. Not only is this added manual work for us, but sometimes the Deliverr platform doesn't let you cancel orders that are "packed and ready to ship" even though they are 3 business days delayed already. Now we're forced to decide whether to risk double shipping an order or get dinged for a late ship. This means those customers will get two shipments and have the option to return one of the shipments for a refund.
Unfortunately, there is a high cost of removal from Deliverr, so we're held as a hostage until we sell out what we have of our inventory there. I (my pocketbook too!) regret trying Deliverr. We're switching back fulfillment to our third-party warehouse instead. Link it with EDI SaaS like shipstation, find an account with discounted ship rates, and you'll end up having more reliability and about the same cost even without the economy of scale.
Not to mention you won't run the risk of getting gutted by the storage fees at Deliverr.

Hello,
I'm sorry to hear you've been experiencing delays in getting your orders shipped on time - our service has been impacted by the weather events in Texas.
Please send me an email at [email protected] and I would be happy to address these issues.

Review from a REAL Deliverr client - service has gone seriously downhill.
Don't do it! I have been a Deliverr client for 16 months. Their service is a great concept and prices are great, and it started out OK, but they are growing way too fast or something. The service has seriously gone downhill in the last few months. For example:
- Orders over Cyber Monday took 2 weeks to ship out and almost got canceled by Walmart. Despite what Deliverr claims, this still hurts your Walmart delivery metrics.
- They are CONSTANTLY losing inventory now - both inbound and inventory in their warehouse. They sit on orders for a few days and then email you saying you should manually fulfill it, because they lost the inventory, leaving you to scramble to ship it out yourself. This is happening for 30-50% of orders lately.
- Their support is helpful but EXTREMELY slow. It takes WEEKS and multiple messages to hear back from them. Several times, I had to email their executive team directly to get any kind of response.
- They don't add any bubble wrap or protective packing to boxes. They literally stick your product inside a big cardboard box and seal it up. Absolutely indefensible for a reputable fulfillment company like them. I emailed about this multiple times, but they didn't seem at all concerned about it and didn't promise they would change anything.
I do not recommend them anymore!
