A friend referred me to Deliverr and I was quite nervous about it since we are an 18-month-old business that is growing faster than expected. Emily was my onboarding contact that provided the BEST customer service and made herself so readily available. We actually had a huge glitch on our integration end that had to do with our own personal shipping profiles, and although the process was frustrating to figure out, Deliverr's team & Emily made it their top priority and I never felt left in the dark. The efforts they did to help an abnormal situation went a long way... so you can say I'm a HUGE fan of the success we are having with them. Tyler is now our main contact for our account and he is a WEALTH of knowledge and has provided amazing insight on how we can grow. It's amazing to watch our business become more efficient, and Deliverr (Emily & Tyler) are taking us there.

I cannot rate Deliverr highly enough- I don't think I have ever experienced such great and genuine support and customer service. Amir and Tiffany onboarded me, and walked me through every step through video calls. I felt they actually cared about me and my business, and that I have a partner to work with rather than just a service provider. More recently Brian has been supporting me and he is also incredibly supportive and responsive- you are never waiting long for a resolution to any issue. I would definitely recommend this company to any business.

Our experience with Deliverr has been nothing short of amazing. Amir was our onboarding specialist and provided a seamless experience. He supported us wholeheartedly throughout the way with patience and a positive attitude. As Amazon sellers, their shipment creation is everything we wished Amazon's to be: user-friendly, frictionless, and intuitive. Our onboarding rep Amir Bavani has been most helpful to us in deciding to use Deliverr as our prime 3PL. He was very active in engaging us via online calls, and addressed all the questions and concerns we have in a timely manner. This is also the case even after we have been up and running, and we've been using Deliverr for a little over 6 months now. We are very much happy with Deliverr for the following reasons : - Pricing is very reasonable, especially if you compare with the bigger names in the industry. Pricing structure is very easy to understand too, making it easy to calculate our costs - Online chat service helps in resolving our issues in real time. Response time of their client service is generally very quick - No fuss on lost or damaged orders, or no updates from carriers' tracking, as Deliverr has automated the claim process. In our case, claims are approved and credit goes back to us immediately, making it easy for us to resolve with customers with either a refund or resend of package - Delivery time is very quick, sometimes even beat estimation We will be looking to work with Deliverr long term

Excellent Service and Time saving. If you are in eCommerce and don't like the hassle of bagging and shipping, "Deliverr" are the folks you need to deal with. I've seen increases in sales since I started using them a month ago selling in eBay and Walmart. Their fast tag badges they apply on your sales channel ensures trust from customers, hence you get more click through rates. I'm definitely glad I'm dealing with them for my shipping. Now I get to have more play time with my kids instead of fulfilling orders. Thank you Paul Burgess and the rest of the Deliver team for your excellent service.

Our company needed to find a fulfillment service that would integrate with Amazon and Ebay. Emily was our Account Executive and was instrumental in getting us onboarded to the Deliverr platform.
