Amir Bavani with Deliver was the best! We are a unique company, to say the least, and Amir made the onboarding process simple and low stress! He truly has a passion for excellent customer service and is always willing to go the extra mile. Amir was always fast at responding to any questions we had and very knowledgeable. Amir made this experience worthwhile!

Going above and beyond is always appreciated. We had an issue with a claim that fell outside the covered window. The system immediately rejected any attempt to file claim. But we needed to explain what was really happening. Alain from Deliverr took our case, listened to what really happened and worked with us until the end to make sure that both our company and Deliverr could solve this issue. Excellent support

The customer service is exceptional, especially the online chat feature. They are fast, responsive and always there for us when we have an issue. Special shout out to Aaron, who was able to figure out our issue with bundling products! Now we are up and running- thank you!

Amazing Company. I have been with Deliverr now for a year and must say after thousands and thousands of transactions, in a business that is very difficult and detailed oriented, that Deliverr is among the best fulfillment services in the US today. Highly recommend.

Think the biggest concern we have with engaging a 3PL in the states is that we are located at the polar opposite, in the Oceania region, rendering communication and coordination difficult. Deliverr have however made this concern irrelevant. The entire onboarding was smooth despite a number of hiccups on our end thanks to Rachel. She has really been helpful and patient with our requests and troubleshooting. To date, she's helped with numerous of our enquiries promptly. The tech support replies promptly and professionally too, unlike some other 3PLs we have engaged in other regions. Above the top-notch customer service, their pricings are very attractive too! If I am to nitpick, it will be the lack of "returns management". Well, I can't complain if they are charging only 50-60% of a typical 3PL. Will highly recommend!

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback! We will make sure to pass this along to Rachel. We're hoping to get started on returns management in the future, so stay tuned! Sabra, Deliverr
