Andrew understand business
Fulfillment for marketplaces is a tough thing to get right because each marketplace has its own quirks and bugs. In 37 years of business, I've dealt with plenty of people who talk a big game about customer satisfaction but fall way short. Andrew is an elite company ambassador who makes me believe he will be successful. Has a passion for making things right and it shows. He does his best to tackle the problems head on , even if its a tech issue ( which it usually is) but I'm not giving up because he actually gives a 💩 !!!! I used Deliverr in the past and was totally disappointed and frustrated so I threw in the towel. The major issue was Amazon was penalizing us the seller because Deliverr provided tracking numbers which they consider invalid. My humble opinion is flagging and eliminating the carriers that dont communicate properly with Amazon will go along away to solve these issues, I'm sure we are not the only seller facing this!!! The issue is still not solved yet !! My concern is not getting my account shut down, but I'm confident Andrew will get to the bottom of this and make it right whether it means getting live human beings at Walmart or Amazon to communicate the problems to Deliverr techs and vice versa. From my humble experience, if programmers reviewed and tested their programs with business people (99% are NON-Techies) who actually use the services it would be a User-friendly experience. things would go much smoother without the unintended consequences!!! we need more Andrews!!
