My experience with the Deliverr support team has been amazing. Whenever I have a question, concern, or issue, I am always greeted with the willingness to help. If the research is taking a while, I am followed up with and updated on the status without me having to ask. This is so helpful to me, as I have several tasks I am trying to accomplish throughout the day. Being able to rely on the Deliverr support team to follow up with me and keep me updated helps me stay productive in other areas of the business, versus trying to chase down an update to a ticket myself. For most support tickets with other companies, I find myself having to email and ask for an update. Not with Deliverr. All of the Deliverr Support Team I have had the pleasure of interacting with have been very friendly and worked hard to provide solutions. I am most often assisted by Henry, who is absolutely amazing. He is thorough, he solves the issue, offers a solution, and always follows up. I'm always delighted when I see his name respond to any of the tickets I submit.
