These are the first nice towels I have ever purchased on my own. At age 35 my family has been living with 30 year old hand me down towels from the in-laws and I was ready to upgrade. For environmental reasons I wanted a product that would last. I did a ton of research and found that everyone gives this brand five stars on Macy’s and Amazon. I made my purchase directly through delilahhome.com. I bought during the coronavirus pandemic and there were a few mistakes in the order. When I wrote the company through the webpage contact portal I was contacted directly through email by the founder and CEO within a few hours. I was blown away.

I am so pleased with the quality of these towels and with their prompt delivery. I'm so glad I decided to make this purchase.

The items I purchased arrived timely and were carefully packaged and wrapped even if the main bag was punctured or damaged the items were secured.
