Soft and Fluffy!
I bought these towels after doing some research and was very impressed. Sustainable, ethically made, and organic cotton! Doesn’t get better than that. They arrived in under a week and were a bit stiff at first, but washing them fixed that. I was not impressed with the plastic packaging. These towels are incredibly soft, and dry you off fast without leaving any little fuzzies. Highly recommend.

Thank you Sarah for the great review. Our towels get softer and softer over time because of the long stem organic cotton we use. Concerning the film, which is recyclable, this is the best option to secure the towels from being exposed to any external chemicals. One of the GOTS requirements is to ensure the product does not get compromised anywhere in the supply chain. We have tested paper and bio degradable bags and they do not protect, especially with the delays in shipping-the bio bags break down too fast. The worst thing we could do is send you something that looks worn, torn, and does not protect your purchase. So, we are taking the position that our protects are free and clear of any harmful chemicals. Thank you again for being a part of our Delilah Home family. Michael-CEO

Happy Customer
So far, not so good... I haven't received the order yet. I think you jumped the gun on asking me for a review. *10/13 Update - Appreciate your response, Joe. I'm still waiting on delivery and super frustrated with FedEx; however, I am updating my rating to reflect good customer service. Hopefully I'll receive the shipment soon. Thank you. *10/15 Update - I finally received the shipment on Friday. Happy to say that I'm very please with the quality. Boo FedEx! Yay Delilah Home!

Hi Joe, I am really sorry to see your one star review. We shipped your order on October 4th which was the very next day you ordered. Your shipment should have arrived. I just checked Fedex and it should be delivered this week. Due to the shortage of workforce and a jammed system, they are experiencing many delays. So, I wish we could change this, however, it is out of our control. Thank you, Michael Updated 10/13: Any issues, please email me at [email protected]. 10/18: Thank you Joe. Glad Fedex was FINALLY able to deliver. We appreciate your support. Thank you Joe! Michael

Customer service response was…
Customer service response was immediate, answering a question of mine about a promo code, and my towels shipped the day I ordered them. They’re beautiful. I washed them on receipt and I won’t ever look back! The white color is a vivid white and they do indeed fluff up after the first wash. Absolutely wonderful.

Perfect towels
Was looking to replace older towels we’ve accumulated over the years. Found these absorbent and soft towels. Purchased white set of 6 towels. Plus wanted a sustainable product which makes these even better. Love them. Will buy more sets.
