My experience with Defense Tax Group was great. I had a tax issue with the IRS that needed to be resolved and they had some good reviews online, and so that’s who I went with. The enrollment process was a simple phone call, and I talked to a gentleman named Mark, and had a good conversation with him, and then got led to my actual case attorney where I worked directly with to resolve the problem. 2nd part There were times though where I had to try and phone the same person five times a day and kinda kept record of it. It was like over and over. And some emails weren’t responded to. Some phone called weren’t returned as well. If I were to name one thing that I wish could have been a little bit differently, obviously, the responsiveness to calls or emails. But I'm not one to be picky. Everyone did great and I'm completely satisfied. I was very happy all around with the folks that I worked with and I felt like it was a very smooth process. The resolution that we had in mind was met. And so after some sort of battle, we were able to come up with a resolution with the IRS. And so, I'm in a position now where I consider it resolved. And that’s the important part.
