I placed my order at 9:42 pm on Friday night, I cancelled this order a 10 hours later at 7:55 am. Five days later I get a email stating the order can't be cancelled because it was just shipped.. They had the request to cancel the order for 5 days but chose to ignore it and send out the item. They also run the same ad for the item which states "Last Day to get 80% off" which is still running. I wish I had researched their company and read reviews on how they operate before putting out $$$ that I now have to wait to get back. They're return name and address doesn't match the order information, another Red Flag for the next potential buyers..

Terrible service 19.99$ shipping a **%^ joke still never got the product sits in warehouse with tracking that goes no were ! Not worth the headache and time nor the price will never purchase from the site again nor will I refer anyone !!!

I have yet to receive my order - over two weeks now & the two email inquiries I've sent about my order, have yet to be acknowledged, must less answered.

I ordered three massagers (for my two daughters and myself). Two worked, one did not. I sent them two emails (including my phone number) asking for a prepaid label to ship it back and have a replacement sent to me. I received confirmation that my emails were received but still no response from the company.
