DeepmusclesmassagerReviews of deepmusclesmassager.com

I only got one of 2 convertible weights. It was not the model I ordered. I order 2 at $199. One arrived in a manufacturer's box with no shipping slip inside. When I laced the order, there was no confirmation email to even say the order was placed, or when it shipped. I thought I was scammed until the "weight" arrived but one was missing. Customer service said 2 were shipped (probably drop-shipped by third party) and there is nothing they could do. I would probably use a more reputable company next time.

In the description of the item, I purchased showed 2 items and was only sent one. when contacting support through email I received no response. I will not purchase from Deep Muscle agaiin

This took over a month to arrive. The picture also shows two dumbbells and I was lead to believe that I was purchasing two dumbbells, not one. That was extremely disappointing. Aside from that bad experience, the weight changing system is also pretty terrible. 7/10 times you want to change the weight it’ll get stuck. Would not purchase again nor support the company.

I just received my massager after a month of delay Finally but I didn’t enjoy it since I left the country

Product is ok, hardly worth the money. Zero communication from the company, no reply to emails. Would never order from this company again.

I got notification after about 3 weeks that my dumbell set was delivered, however it was not. Notified the company with zero response multiple times so I filed a claim with Paypal. 10 days later a set does show up again with zero communication. 2 stars because I actually got the product but other than that a horrible experience.

Very poor (nonexitance) customer service. Item that was supposed to be delivered in 2 to 5 days, arrived in 15 days.

Yall want me to review a product that I haven't even received yet. I've check the tracking number and there is no info so I don't know where my package is or when I'm going to receive it.
