Contacted as battery kept going flat quickly. Emailed and received return email within hours. Requested new battery. Deeper collected repaired and returned within a couple of weeks over the Christmas - New Year. Excellent communication and service. Would Highly recommend.

Great device for bank fishing because it's castable. I also use it while fishing from my kayak. It's easy to use. They provide excellent customer service and support and how to instructional videos. They respond very quickly to inquires by email and also offer live chat. Great product. Great company. I highly recommend purchasing this device.

I could not see the bathymatic maps from other members despite my premiummembership. I used the supportservice. The replied within the stated period and thanks to their sollution my problem was solved very quickly.
