Screw on top a deal breaker.
The screw on top is unfortunately a risk on theae units, I've tightened mine every time to the lines provided but still got water intrusion and per their warranty they don't replace or repair when this happens. Risk to reward ratio is too pricey for my liking. I'm moving on to a different unit.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your negative experience. The screw-on top design is critical for maintaining waterproof integrity, and when aligned correctly, the device meets the IP67 standard. Each warranty case is evaluated individually using objective testing procedures, including high-pressure air and water submersion tests. This is done to determine whether a manufacturing defect is present, that could let the water in. These tests help ensure consistent and impartial decisions across all cases. If we identify any defects on the enclosure that could let the water in - we replace the unit with no questions asked. We respect your decision to move on, though we’re always here if you’d like to revisit the case or need further assistance. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to help.
