Additional undisclosed £500 customs charge
We have had a terrible experience when ordering from this company and I would strongly suggest that if you are ordering from the UK DO NOT DO IT!!Although shipping is advertised as free UPS 3-5 working day delivery,when UPS delivered item they handed us an invoice for over £500 for customs and import and refused to leave the item unless we paid it.Obviously having already paid £2050 for the boat we were ordering we were shocked to get this.We refused delivery and it is now on its way back to where it came from.We feel scammed as there is no mention of any additional fees and certainly not to the value of over £500.Do not allow the same to happen to you!

To clarify, Deeper always covers all customs duties and import taxes for UK orders, and customers should never be asked to pay additional fees upon delivery. In your case, this was caused by a human error on our logistics side, and we sincerely apologize for this mistake. We have already contacted UPS to correct the situation and transfer the charges to us, so you will not need to pay anything. We are also in direct contact with you to resolve this as quickly as possible. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we truly appreciate your patience while we fix it.
