Product was purchased for its ice fishing capabilities. It was hard to connect to my Iphone13 and it disconnected often. Batteries were always fully charged on the Phone and the device. I would not recommend this product for ice fishing.

Bought the deeper quest direct from their website. I wanted to purchased a boat, tripod and tablet holder. The tablet holder is out of stock until the end of January so I was not able to benefit from their initial bundle discount. The delivery has been delayed and is now due for delivery this afternoon which is 6 working days from order. Not a great experience for a £2k boat. I would suggest that buying from a UK supplier would certainly be much quicker.

Upon receipt of the unit I tried multiple times to establish an account, but was not able to. To successfully establish an account, one must verify their email address; however I never received said verification email. When conversing with your service team via chat, I was repeatedly told I would receive a response from technical support in a couple/few business days; not a good first experience as the new device could not be tested nor used. Lastly—no means to directly speak with a representative for troubleshooting.

Before I received the device, a paid subscription cost $24 or $29, and then you sent me an offer with a discount of $40+ on a subscription—what a joke! All the advertised "new" features require a paid subscription, and this is despite the device itself costing almost twice as much as standard models!!!!! Are you completely out of your mind? Are you trying to raise money for a war with Russia this way? Or is it because of Trump's tariffs?

Thank you for your feedback. All Deeper Sonar features are completely free to use - no subscription is required to use the device. The Premium subscription is entirely optional and provides access to a global database of over 100,000 2D/3D depth maps, as well as bottom hardness data. It does not unlock or restrict any of the core sonar functionalities. Regarding the $40+ discount you mentioned - we don’t currently offer discounts of that value on Premium subscriptions, so this may have been a misunderstanding. I have made an order and paid nearly £9 for delivery which stated 3-5 days, but now is expected way longer then that.
