Good comminication and fast response,,,delivery also great,,

Dear Deeper Team, I am writing to express my absolute gratitude for the incredible support I received regarding my Deeper Chirp 2 (Ticket #5625). I had the pleasure of being assisted by Adam, and I must say: his service was truly world-class. Even though I was dealing with a technical issue, Adam made me feel completely valued and at ease throughout the entire process. The support was: Incredibly fast Super straightforward and uncomplicated And exceptionally friendly In a time where great customer service is becoming rare, Adam's dedication was a breath of fresh air. I have dealt with many support teams before, but this experience was by far the best. Because of this top-tier service and the excellent quality of your products, I will be recommending Deeper to everyone in my fishing community without any hesitation. Please make sure this feedback reaches Adam and his supervisors. He is a fantastic ambassador for your brand! Best regards, Heimo Koller

Excellent construction & Easy to use Did not have to drill a 1 1/2 inch in my hull for transducer Did not to run 12 v wiring in order to operate I Am able to ascertain surrounding depths by casting,, to make a safe passage thru shoals in my 1980 Pierson Sailboat much like an omni sonar, That cost $180,000.00 Thank you for the design
