By far the most economical option I've found for downloading scientific papers; doing so through individual publishers (especially if you're collating data from multiple sources) is both slow and expensive. I haven't used all the tools yet, but so far it's been perfect for my needs.

I like Deepdyve because they give me a month free in the web. I pretend use the information for my final examen of journalism in the UNLP (Argentina), so this type of content really help me. If I have to tell something to the support, I would tell him take a look at the translations in spanish. They are a bit tricky. Thank you! XoXo

DeepDyve is a nice place to read scientific papers. I was able to find articles related to health conditions in my family (diabetes, psychosis, post-infection neuropathy), and read about various aspects of the diseases, treatment options, special diets, etc. Their reader works well for me, it basically works like Acrobat. They also have this AI sidebar you can use to get fast answers to your questions based on the contents of each paper, with direct quotes included so you know the AI isn't making things up. Recommended!
