Great hosting services, ran into a couple issues and the support team just out did themselves fixed in a couple seconds

Our server runs smoothly with no issues for a low cost, but what really makes me happy with this host is the awesome customer service! They go above and beyond to help their customers.

They reply instantly. Not in 3 hours, not in 3 days - instantly, on Discord. LagAssist benchmarks are much better than my old host (Shockbyte) with the exact same plugins/world. Happy so far!

We were having a grand old time with our hosting service. Honestly, great power and a great panel. That was up until a month or so into hosting when they lost all database data in an effort to swap to MariaDB, which their version choice was incompatible with the MySQL setup they had previously. This was completely unannounced until 5 minutes before it was happening, and the results left our server dead in the water without data and reforms to the system that would need to be reflected in our code just for basic function. Very fast customer response time, but when facing a complete and utter failure of service such as losing data then implementing system changes that prevent plugin function with zero heads-up, the most you'll get is 'If it's not working you can purchase a database elsewhere'. If you need a network, just get a full system to yourself. It's not worth the headache when they break your system then refuse to fix it. If you just need a single powerful server, then hey, it's better than other shared hosts.

This hosting is pretty bad in a whole new level. When you login with your existing server files or just a straight up, clean server file. it lags the crap out of you and all they tell you is that "The Node is fine, it must be your internet connection" yeah right. I have alot of connections on US based Servers and this only happens to you guys. really bad hosting for a Minecraft server im telling you.
