Brandon and EGO helped a lot! They assisted me with transferring server ownership from my friend's account to my account within 18 hours of the initial inquiry. It would have been faster if we responded to their questions faster haha, you can't knock their support. Great machines as well, even running 4GB on a 1.20.1 server w/ 50 plugins not a single ounce of lag which is insane since 1.20.1 does need on average more RAM, so yeah overall brilliant company and support!

Best Server Company
This server company is the best server company I have ever used. I have no clue what I am doing when it comes to this stuff, and it helps to have someone do what you need. They respond nearly instantly and I have never had a complaint about anything that they have done for me. I highly recommend them because they are the best server host that I have found.

Probably the best server hosting website out there. I'd say the pricing is fair and performance is good. I need help installing GeyserMC on my server and the tech support was really nice and helped me install it.

11/10 Best host, no one even comes CLOSE
This is Hands down the BEST Hosting company full stop. No other company has as good Support and as good servers. Even when i had really dumb and bad questions they still helped me! never felt looked down on for my lack of experience unlike another company i used a long time ago! If you need a server that they offer go with them without a doubt! its the best!
Make sure you join the discord though! there is how you get the best tech support!
I wish they offered more servers for more games! Maybe someday i can host a Space engineers server from them with how good they are!

Best Customer Support EVER!!
Best Customer Support EVER!!! Unfortunately, due to my geological location, I was not able to connect to the server (stuck on encrypting screen while others can join with ease), and changing to other server location is just not ideal for us. Fortunately, the customer support was not only replied the issue ticket in a few minutes, and they are kind enough to process the refund! Even though it didn't work for me, but I would still highly recommend for the customer service!

Hey there, Demir.
I'm saddened you decided to leave a negative review after your experience with us. After thoroughly looking through your case, I can see you have had a lot of communication with our support team, and at no point in time have we ever said, implied, or given the impression that mods are unsupported on our platform. The support agent in question only told you that the modpack you wanted to install, namely The Kingdom of Daldar, offered no server support from its Curseforge page and therefore setting it up to work on a server would be your responsibility as the server owner, as opposed to being something we could offer assistance or support with. We had merely offered alternatives, such as picking a more recent up to date modpack that has out-of-the-box server support, but you chose to become hostile and aggressive instead.
After you made 9 tickets in a day demanding we fix a modpack that hasn't been updated in 3 years, you had asked for a refund which as per our Terms of Service, we cannot offer you as you used a discount code. This has always been our policy and the support agent in question was within his rights to deny this request. These terms are the same ones you agreed to when ordering a service at checkout.
I wish things had happened differently and I'm disappointed it came to this. I wish you the best of luck in your future hosting endeavors.
