Amazing company, Would highly recommend you go with them if you ever need to host a Minecraft server! The support is amazing, transferring from another host is amazing, and everything is super fast! I had a server with them for roughly 4 months and it was an amazing experience for me and my friends, no server issues what-so-ever. If I ever need to get another server I will definitely go with DedicatedMC again.

5/5 All around PRICE: 5/5 Very flexible in the plans and do not try to pinch pennies on basic services. EASE OF USE: 5/5 The web panel is extremely easy to navigate. I was able to get my stuff set up extremely quickly. MySQL is also extremely easy to use and I had zero issues setting it up and interfacing with the physical tables once generated. CUSTOMER SERVICE: 5/5 For the price you would expect to have a massive delay in customer issues. They are extremely response. I had three tickets opened and each one was resolved within minutes. Overall Summary: In regards to ease of set up, they have nailed it with their systems. There really isn't a need for support - but minor things like adding a port are handled very swiftly. I hope to see more people use this company as they deserve to grow if they can continue to scale their customer service as well.

I don't believe I've ever had a more positive customer experience than I have with DedicatedMC. I got one of their $5/month servers as a test when I was dissatisfied with a different hosting service. I'm an engineer and at the time was on the verge of setting up my own cloud server hosting, but am very glad I gave this team a chance. It didn't take long before I felt comfortable moving all the servers I manage over to DedicatedMC. Any support ticket I've opened has gotten a friendly response directly from staff within 15 seconds, and all were resolved to my complete satisfaction within 2 minutes. I have never seen a team of people more on the ball. The one reservation I have is that some of the broadly-addressed communications from DedicatedMC staff have lacked professional polish. The vast majority have been impeccable: informative, emotionally aware, taking responsibility for mistakes when relevant. On occasion it seems like frustration results in language a little more colorful than I'd expect from an otherwise top-notch business. In most cases, the slips seemed reasonable given the situations the staff were responding to at the time. All things considered this is barely an issue, and from what I can tell they've been getting better about it. I'm now managing 8 servers with DedicatedMC across 4 different types of plans, with hosting in both the US and EU. While they have experienced a few targeted DDoS attacks, my players had no trouble connecting and playing and never even had to know anything was going on. There has been the occasional hardware issue, and in such cases the staff has always been quick, communicative, and competent. In 6 months of running several servers, I've lost about 3 minutes of server uptime. I have been absolutely satisfied with DedicatedMC's service, and in fact they consistently exceed my expectations. I heartily recommend their products and services to anyone, whether you're looking to host a small server for friends or manage a network for a large community.
