DedicatedMC, LLCReviews of dedicatedmc.io

I have used DedicatedMC multiple times now for server hosting for friends and I and am blown away each time by them. They are trusting, helpful, and wonderful people. Their Discord server is a wonderful community and it’s even better that they never take themselves too seriously :)

Josh was very handsome

i have to pay for servers. too bad

I have looked at many different hosts and am very glad I came across this one. The support has blown away all my expectations with lightening fast responses. They have a great and helpful community on Discord. Both staff and members of their discord community have been very friendly and patient to noobs like me! In fact, "community" is a perfect way to describe them. Definition of community 1 : a unified body of individuals It is obvious to me that they care about their users having a top notch experience.

So if you are one who is either looking for a server for just a small group of friends, or want to make a decently big public server, this is for you! No matter what, if you need a minecraft server hosting and you found DedicatedMC, just don't think twice and go for it. I am leaving this review pleased by my experience with them and the best part about them is the support. They are always available in their Discord server to help you fix from the tiniest issues to a large issue, you are sure to get help! So I once again call it, go for them its worth it.

Had many issues with the console freezing (happened 3 times but wasn’t sure why, was able to fix immediately with discord support but was a bit annoying as they kept saying this doesn’t happen often and I didnt have the server for a particularly long time, either.). Support service was always very kind and helpful but the server itself had many issues with lag, constantly showed it was using all of the ram when it wasn’t (there was a note saying “this shows max when it’s not”, not sure why they had that). They didn’t really provide any warning before wiping the server, lost 4 days worth of work and was really sad and disappointed. Please, if you read these reviews, for other people at least, let them know when you are about to wipe everything with no saved or backup files. I was mid-way through downloading all files and had saved all files except the most important world file (as it’s in alphabetical order). Was really sad about this and did not appreciate the instant wipe.

DedicatedMC saves me the most valuable resource I have - my time. My previous host kept having issues, despite moving my server from one region to another. I don't pay a Minecraft host to have to constantly fix problems myself. It's no better than running a dedicated linux box. DedicatedMC on the other hand is a breath of fresh air. Their availability is 99.9%, and personally having used them for a couple months now - my own server's uptime has been 100%. The few times I've contacted their support team, they've been approachable, friendly and responsive. I can ignore my server console for weeks, and still have confidence that it's running smoothly. It just works. Their server panel is a lovingly crafted, highly customised version of the popular and robust Pterodactyl panel. When I want to get involved, I have the tools I need at my disposal. Editing config and setting up schedules or downloading backups is easy. The only issue I've ever faced is uploading large files via the web interface. I need to switch to SFTP for that to guarantee the transfer will succeed. In summary: Thank you. This is what a Minecraft server host should be. My days of managing everything myself are behind me, and I'd recommend this host to anyone looking for a hands-off approach.

DedicatedMC is a fantastic host, the staff are amazing (I love their discord server), and has one of the fastest support you can find. The servers are a bit pricey but well worth it since they use higher quality hardware. You will get minimal downtime (They' rarely get ddosed/have major issues), awesome support, and high quality hardware. Their panel is amazing too, I love the UI and the tools that they give you. Overall they set the standard of what a Minecraft host should be. My only complaint is their plans are a bit pricey, and BossDaily doesn't have the TaffySimp role in the Discord. If you own a public SMP and are looking for a host this is a great host for you.
